(1) The rank, appointment, service conditions and facilities of the secretariat staff will be as determined by the committee.
(2) The committee shall obtain the consent of the Ministry of Finance while assigning the facility as per sub-rule (1).
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the Ministry of Finance may designate any employee of the said Ministry to do the work of the fund.
